What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile photo. When you connect a Google Business Profile, we store your business locations and their public reviews (reviewer name, rating, review text) so we can draft and post replies on your behalf.
How we use Google user data
Replyfox accesses your Google Business Profile solely to read your reviews and to post the replies you approve or configure. Review text is sent to our AI provider to generate a draft reply and is not used to train models. We never sell your data, never share it with third parties for advertising, and access only the scopes you grant.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle. We never see or store your card details.
Deleting your data
Remove a location in Settings to delete its imported reviews. To delete your account and all associated data, email us and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
You can also revoke Replyfox's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
